Custom Register Fields not updating

  • We use the main popup plugin and purchased the additional registration fields. All has been good for sometime. However, we would like to change some of the registration fields, but are unable to do so. I can see all of the standard fields and the additional fields, but cannot add/change or delete any of them? The fields page shows ‘saving’ but it doesn’t confirm/validate and the fields are not updated.

    The main popup plugin is at the latest update. Caching is cleared. I have tried deactivating/reactivating the main plugin & additional fields plugin, which made no difference. I have deleted/re-installed the main plugin & additional fields plugin, which again made no difference. I deleted the additional fields plugin and tried to make changes to the standard plugin fields, again I cannot change/update. We have no other plugin or database issues on our site.

    Sorry, the post title is confusing – ALL registration fields (standard and additional) are effected equally. We are unable to add/change any registration fields at all – just says ‘saving’ but doesnt?

    same here also , idont understand the problem i tried to change the placeholder but nothing save

    Update. In addition to de-activating/re-activating & deleting/re-installing the plugin, I have de-activated all other plugins and changed theme temporarily… with the same result.

    I’m keen to continue using this plugin as I’ve made lots of effort integrating into our site plus lots of CSS alterations. I see from my PHPMySql panel that when you delete the plug in there are ‘lots’ of xoo_ tables/instances remaining in the database. Do you guys have a tool or instructions about how I can completely remove the plugin and re-install as if it was a first time installation please?
