Custom related products missing

    Hi there, followed the correct stepped and disabled woo auto related but my inputs dont show on the front end. I think my theme might be blocking this but not sure how to check that. any advice will be appreciated. thanks

    Thanks for reaching out! We can help you out.

    If your theme manages related products directly, it will override the plugin settings. Kindly check if you have any files under /woocommerce/single-product/related.php. Alternatively, you can switch the site theme to any of the WordPress default ones and see if the issue persists.

    Kindly share the product URL for which you have linked related products so that we can check.

    Thanks I’ve solved it by disabling related products and using upsells instead. I’ve changed the text to suit me so I’m getting the result. thanks
