    I tried unchecking it and my email confirming the order shows “Additional information”, however, the text I put in the custom field isn’t there.

    Where can this information be seen from within the Order Backend? I don’t see it there either.

    Please advise…

    Thank you for reporting this issue, i am currently working on a fix, for a quick work around,
    do not leave spaces for the LABEL name alone.
    you can use words like “Cool-field” the use of “-” will make it work.

    but using “Cool field” as the label will not.

    probably “Cool_field” can also work. etc

    ok, I have just release an update, should fix this issue. Just make sure to fill out the abbreviation field for this issue to go away.

    I am still having this issue and the above hack didn’t work for me. Any ideas?

    Here is what I am running:

    WordPress: 3.6
    Woocommerce version: 2.0.13
    WooCommerce Checkout Manager Version: 3.5.4
