Custom Return URL Authorize.net not working

The custom return URL is not working on several forms. I have s2member pro and am using the authorize.net gateway.
\ https://pets-centralmedia.com/subscribe-elite-2/?s2-ssl=yes \
Upon submission, the user is redirected back to the same form they just submitted but with a yellow field saying things were successful, but it does not go to the custom URL:
\ https://pets-centralmedia.com/thank-you/ \I have used the short code in the form with the full custom URL.
\ success=”https://pets-centralmedia.com/thank-you/” \
Will you help me figure this out?
