    There isn’t, that could be an interesting feature though, but not really possible to pull off in the current state of WordPress. Right now you need a plugin or child theme just to upload SVGs and to get them to output inline instead of as a file is done with JS in the SVG plugins.

    I suggest you add an SVG to an image block in a row just after or just before your row with content, then use margin (you can set negative margin) to move the image over the row to create a custom divider.
