Custom RSS FEED

    I am trying to make a copy of the RSS2 feed to simply make a second feed with a custom title. I can’t seem to find instructions for how to do this that are straight forward and doesn’t take me around the world to do this one simple thing.

    I’ve created the second rss2 php file and uploaded it with it’s own name but have no clue how to get it to work.

    Could someone help me out with this?

    Yes, you need to hook a certain action to tell WP to use your template. See Customizing Feeds. The linked page includes sample code.

    I’ve read that and it may as well be in ancient cuneiform. I’m looking for a simple instruction for how to get this done. The php file for the rss is ready, but some simple, focused instructions for how to get WordPress to see and use it would be really helpful.
