Custom RSS feed but for Products ?

Is there a plug in or something like RSS but for products, eBay and others do this but lets say i post something but its out of stock and when it comes up it will send them a text via app about the product availability, i know this could be simple as a link that says “click here for when product is available to be notified” but i will allow my customers to post the product as used on my site (like eBay) and when they do it will let someone who is interested know about it.

I mentioned eBay as they do this, i can list my interests and when someone posts that product it will send me a lineup of people whom have posted it via my APP and email.
