Custom Rules Question

    I found two lines in .htaccess file that break the Time.ly All in one Event Calendar filter. I have manually edited the file and commented out the lines needed.

    What is the proper way to enter Custom Rules on the Firewall section?
    Do I…..
    1. copy the existing code for the sections and edit as needed
    2. disable those options in AIOWP
    3. paste the edited code in the custom rules
    or is there another recommended method?

    The lines commented out in the related sections are:

    #AIOWPS_ADVANCED_CHAR_STRING_FILTER_START
RedirectMatch 403 \~

    and
