Custom search form

    Hi I want to make a page that is only for search purpose, so in this page it’ll only have search form but in custom setting.
    And I want the search result only show a specific category of my post and only show 1 match results, no more.

    How can I do this?
    Can I do this only with html code and place it in the page or what?
