Custom serial_number

Hi,
Flamingo serial_number becomes crucial for the functionality I need to implement but it doesn’t match with the number of form submissions because I discovered and installed Flamingo after a while I was using and storing data of a CF7 form.

Is there a way to alter the serial_number, adding several hundred units, so that it matches the number of forms already submitted?
