Custom Share Buttons keep vanishing

    My custom share buttons vanished after upgrading to Jetpack 4.6. Creating new custom share buttons is not possible as they will vanish once you save. I’ve recreated this on a few WordPress 4.7.2 sites with the same results. I’ve also recreated it with all plug-ins disabled except for Jetpack.

    The solution to this is to downgradie to Jetpack 4.5. I’ve confirmed this on two separate WordPress installations.

    Sorry about that! That’s a known issue with the most recent Jetpack update. We’ve worked on a fix that will be included in the next Jetpack release.

    Until then, if you feel comfortable editing plugin files yourself, you can apply this patch on your site:
    https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/pull/6355/files
