Custom Shipping Settings broken – always zero

Sometime after 6th October an update to this plugin caused postage to always be calculated as zero. This has caused some financial loss to one of my customers.

After a bit of investigation, I found that in the Booster: Custom Shipping Settings module if “By total basket weight table” is selected, the calculated shipping cost is always zero. Also the “Table Total Rows” setting seems to be completely ignored. I couldn’t find any workaround for this, except replacing all the plugin files with files from an earlier version.
