Custom shortcodes for Events Manager

I’ve extended Events Manager plugin with a few Custom Attributes for the location, e.g. locationcategories or opening times. Now I want a shortcode for a list of all locations with a specific parameter, like
[locations_list locationcategory="restaurant"]– how can I manage this?
