custom sidebars disappeared

  • I′m building the site on sg-window childtheme and got my homepage almost ready when deleted one widget one one sidebar and whole customisation disappeared! Clicking back and forth there on widgets and sidebars, once it came back (without adding anything) and then disappeared again! Actually this looks pretty scary as I can`t built so unstable site for the client. could you advice what can be wrong? Is there any option to get those sidebars back somehow without building again new? and how to avoid that it happens again when site is live already?

    However I got them back for now by disabling some plugins. However is there some sort of option undo last changes in customizer (custom sidebars part)? or to roll back to previous version in case you mess up something?
