I’m running version 1.6 of the plugin and the same theme I’ve been using for a while. I had created 3 custom sidebars, and they were all displaying just fine. Now one (the default) is displaying, though one widget is missing. The rest are not displaying at all and they’re not visible on the CS settings page, but they appear to still be in the database.

Thanks for posting on the forums.

Just to make sure currently are you using Custom Sidebars plugin version 1.6 or 2.0.7?

Have you edited / deleted / updated anything recently in your site that caused this issue?

Could you please share me the screenshots of the issue for the better understanding of it if you can so that i can help you to resolve the issue?

For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, https://imgur.com/ or other image service. ??

    Hi Vinod,

I’m using Custom Sidebars plugin version 1.6. Before this happened, I was exploring a problem with another plugin, and I switched themes to test that and then came back to my theme.

However, I can confirm that there was no change in the database of the content of ‘cs_modifiable’, ‘cs_sidebars’ because I have a daily backup and could compare before and after.

If you can please provide a contact form URL or e-mail address, I would be happy to send you some images of the problem.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Hi @peter,

Just checking back on this, were you able to get this all sorted?

Just let us know if it’s still an issue, we’ll gladly see how we can help. Checking on one other thing as well, would it be feasible for you to upgrade to the latest version?

It’s not really feasible for us to support those older versions now though we’ll do our best given the recent transition.

Just let us know if we can help. ??

    Thanks,
    David
