Custom sized thumbs for NextGen Gallary?

Does anyone know if you can, and if so how, to make custom sized thumbnails for NextGen Gallary? I Have the latest version.

Basically I want to be able to make my own thumbnails. I want to be able to make them a custom size, and controls what shows in the thumbnail.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
