Custom Social Links in Customizr

I want to add a custom item to that social media link area. Specifically, I want the two podcast subscribe icons that are currently in the left sidebar to be up there instead. Unfortunately, there will have to be some text there for them to make sense. In a perfect world, there would be a podcast subscribe text that would reveal the Apple and Android logos on hover. Feel free to tell me if there’s a better way to make this fit in.
