Custom Stylesheet no longer linking with version 2.0.63

I had a custom stylesheet I was using with the previous version (2.0.61) You could set it in one of the settings and upload it to wp-content/ngg_styles/nggallery.css. This seems to be missing with the current version.
I need to get this functionality back ASAP!
