    I haven’t had much time to work on this but the other day I started the code to allow overriding the default text on a per form basis. Similar to what is provided now on a global basis. I did most of the work on an airplane last week so had no way to test it and haven’t gotten back to it yet. It is on my to-do list and I think it is about 90% done.

    I have added this functionality to v0.73 of Google Forms. You can test it in the beta version available on my web site.
