Custom subscribe button placement no longer working

for this

global $wp_subscribe_reloaded;

if( isset( $wp_subscribe_reloaded ) ) { $wp_subscribe_reloaded->strc->subscribe_reloaded_show(); }

And share the result ?

I just tested the code on a theme template and it works:

<?php global $wp_subscribe_reloaded; if (isset($wp_subscribe_reloaded)){ $wp_subscribe_reloaded->stcr->subscribe_reloaded_show(); } ?>

You are right, the option to disable the Checkbox is not available on the options.
