Please download the latest release and try again. It may be due to a js conflict on the page of the previous version you are using.

    Thanks,
    Evan

    Evan,

I’m running WordPress 4.4.2 and have the latest version of the plugin installed (1.4.4), but as with freestaff, when I add a custom tab and content, it is not displayed.

Could the issue still be a Javascript conflict, even though I have the latest version installed?

Thanks for a great plugin, by the way. It worked great until recently.

There should be no issue saving tabs. Can you try switching themes and temporarily disabling your sites plugins and try again? When I tested recently I didn’t notice any issues.

    Thanks,
    Evan

Thanks for coming back so quickly, Evan.

I’m using Atelier Child Theme. I’m worried that if I switch to another theme it will be live and confuse customers (it’s an e-commerce site) and, secondly, I may cock things up, especially if I disable the other plugins.

I’ve also noticed that backend when I add another tab, you don’t get the formatting options on the second tab. (I’ve done a screen grab but can’t attach it to the post).

I swapped to the Atelier parent theme and had the same issue. I then tried it with most of the plugins deactivated, but the site formatting was all over the place.

If I try these things whilst we have customers online, this is not going to be a good browsing experience for them, even if it only took me 60 seconds. Presumably you would recommend I put the site in maintenance mode during this time? Even if I do that and a customer is midway through ordering, again it’s not good.

I have two versions of our website, one for trade customers and one for retail. The plugin worked great on both sites, but both sites are now having the same problems.

I did a small edit on one custom tab and now the tab has disappeared completely.

It looks like it is no longer compatible with my theme and/or Woocommerce and the latest version of WordPress.
