custom table for usermeta are not created on DB

    Hi,
    i’m on the second dev website as the first one has a custom setup and our customer asked for a new one.

    We were able to create custom table on first domain but when we try to create on second one it just don’t create custom table for usermeta and everytime we see the “can’t write on table it doesn’t exists”

    How can we fix this?
    We manually create the table based on the first site?

    Edit:
    i tried on third domain a new fresh install and now it creates table.
    Just for next user how can be fixed this?

    Hi @andreacom

    Are you using a multi-site network setup for your sites?

    Have you tried creating the table wp_um_metadata manually via PHPMyAdmin or Adminer? Your site may have a different prefix e.g. wp_test123_um_metadata so you will have to check the prefix in the other WP tables.

    Could you please tell us which specific table you’re referring to, that has been created on the third? What’s the table name?

    um_metadata this table it doesn’t create to me on fresh 2.1.19 install when i start the process

    Hi @andreacom

    The custom UM metatable must be created after turning on this option and process with moving usermeta to this metatable. You don’t need to manually create this table via DB manager software.

    thanks!
    ye i’m not able to create the custom UM metatable on two wordpress core fresh install with UM 2.1.19 but i was able to do that on 2.1.16 that i lately upgraded to 2.1.19

    maybe it’s just me but i don’t have any visible alert on webserver [PHP or firewall]
