Custom Tag Page Titles?

Hi there…. I need some special titles for a handful of my tag pages. Most of my tag pages are titled fine via my SEO plugin. But there are a small number I want to manually give a special title too.

Turns out my theme makes this a pain in the butt because the same header is used across all templates, so I can’t just hack in a manual title on, say, “tag-apples.php”.

Is there a plugin out there that gives a few more options for adding meta data like titles to my tags?
