Custom Taxonomy

Does this plugin support custom taxonomies? I have a custom post type with custom categories (set by custom taxonomy) but can’t seem to pull in only those using this plugin? I’ve tried [query post_type=”myposttype” my_category=”3″] but this doesn’t seem to work – is there a way to do this?
