Custom taxonomy not working

First I’d like to thank you for your great plugin! However, I have problems with a bug that is supposed to having been fixed: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/feedwordpress/changelog – #2010.0905.

I am storing feed entries in a custom post type “Feeds” which works perfectly. And there are two custom taxonomies for this post type. My general setting on /wp-admin/admin.php?page=feedwordpress/categories-page.php is not to use any categories so that I can assign categories per feed individually.

But this only works on pressing the “Update Now” button, the categories are ignored with server-side cron.
