    Hi

Thanks for the awesome plugin ??

I have created a custom taxonomy called Integrator. It has hierarchical checked, and is not associated to any post types.

I’m able to add Integrators as parents as well as children to those parents. However if i try to move a child item to another parent, it says “Item updated.” but the child item is not moved.

    E.g:
    Parent – Integrator A
    Child – Integrator B
    Parent – Integrator C

    I can’t updated Integrator B to become a child of C.

I’m not sure if this is a bug or incorrect setup.

Thanks for your time and efforts

Pods doesn’t handle this part of the process, could there be something else in your site that’s causing that issue? You might try disabling plugins or using the default WP theme until you can determine what’s causing the issue. You might also try looking at your browser’s network tab in the developer tools, and when you click the update button, see if it returns an error from PHP or a bad request response.

Hi Scott, thanks for the prompt reply.

I have disable all plugins and change the theme to Twenty Twelve.

And i’m still unable to update the child item of the POD custom taxonomy. However the default posts categories work fine, its just the POD taxonomies that wont update.

If i click updated and look at the developer – firebug, I can’t see any apparent PHP or bad request response.

Since we have not heard back in several months, I am going to assume that this issue was fixed and mark this thread resolved.

If it’s still an issue, please let us know here or at https://pods.io/forums
