Custom template contact form not submitting (error)

Hello!

I’m currently doing a school project and one thing we have to do is custom page templates. I’ve done one, and I have put in a contact form.

Everything is working except actually submitting the form. Every error message is working, such as “no valid e-mail” etc. When I try to send a message, it just says that something has gone wrong.

After using the tutorial I figured that I’ve messed up so I used the code that the author provided further down (the full code for the form). Which should be correct – but isn’t.

Does it have something to do with my theme (Accesspress Ray), do I have to link the form to something… Any ideas?

I’ve googled the hell out of Google but I have not found anything that helps.
