Custom Template deleted after update

  • Hi,
    the folder with my custom pdf-template got deleted with the latest update.
    The one in here: uploads/bewpi-templates/invoices/simple

    Is there a way to bring it back?

    Hi Daniel,

    So ‘uploads/bewpi-templates/invoices/simple’ is empty now? Does the selectlist within Template settings not show the custom template anymore?
    The update does not delete the custom template, so there should be something else going on here.

    Yes Bas, it’s empty! And no, the selectlist does not show the template.
    I have no idea what else could have caused this, i have sent the last customized invoice 3 days ago – the next (today) was the deafult one. I updated today.

    No other significant changes were made to the site.

    What happens if you just add a template to the uploads folder again. Do you see the template in the selectlist?

    Strange. Don’t know what could caused this to be honest.

    Ask your hosting company to get a backup is your best bet.
