Custom template for listing shortcode not working?

    I was following the instructions exactly in order to make my own custom listing for the shortcode. I created the directory /mytheme/easypropertylistings/ , i copied over the “loop-listing-blog-default.php” and renamed default to custom and within the shortcode call in php i made sure to add “Template=”custom” to it.

    The listings are showing buy any changes i make to loop-listing-blog-custom.php do not.

    Am i missing a step?

    Can you paste the full shortcode in. Also unsure if the capital t in template is an issue?
