custom templates

thanks for this great plugin!

one small question i simply cant find the answer: i need the templates pdf-list-default and pdf-signup-default without the tables. done that very uncosher within the plugin-directory, works great, in order not to loose my changes with the next update, is there a way to place those templates within my theme?
