Custom Templates Don’t Send, Default WooCommerce Templates Do Instead

    When I map customized emails to send they don’t send. Only the generic emails from Woocommerce are sent.

    Test emails come through just fine, but I’ve noticed some of the links are in purple. Is there a way to change those to my brand colors?

    I’ve already submitted a ticket via ThemeHigh.

    I’m eager to get this resolved asap.
