Custom Text Fields

  • Hi,
    Hope you are well.
    I am trying to finalize the contact for of the shared website and have problems customizing the simple text lines “Couple, Friends, Family, Ages of Children, Food-Allergies?” and “Are You Interested In Breakfast?”.
    How would I be able to do that?`

    Also, in the tablet and mobile version, the tick boxes move down to the last line of the text. Is there a way to keep the box at the first line of the text instead?
