Custom Text for Post Pagination Links

    I’m using <!–nextpage–> to split my posts into different pages,

    I want to replace the page numbering 1,2,3,4,5… with custom text or 2-3 words in the post just after the <!–nextpage–> tag.

    Is it possible to put the the custom text, please share the code.
