Custom Text Output when Location and date/time aren’t filled in.

Hello!
I am setting up workshop posts that are happening soon but the location and times are to be announced and determined. I thought there might be a {has_date} logic to hide date/time, but there isn’t.

Would it be possible to enter custom language for Date/Time to To Be Announced and for the location To Be Determined if a date/time or location isn’t entered? Or a {has_date} to hide the date info if no date is entered?

Maybe this all exists and I don’t know what to look for.
