Custom thank you page option not available

  • I want to use the custom thank you page option but in the settings that option doesn’t have anything for me to input. It’s just blank.

    Why is this option now showing for me? Can you help me use this option, please?

    Hi @cgrouge,

    That is very very strange. I have not seen that before. My guess is that you may have some other plugin or something preventing our dropdowns from working. So I would recommend deactivating all other plugins and then trying to see if that helps isolate the issue. It could also potentially be an issue with your theme.

    It would also be helpful if you want to the support tab in the plugin settings and provided the diagnostic information asked for so this will help me understand your environment better.
