Custom theme and Tutor LMS

    Hi everyone. I am working on the website, which is using the Tutor LMS Pro. Dashboard page is working fine. Anyway, when I am trying to load the front-end page builder it loads header, a lot of scripts but it is not loading any elements of the builder. I think that it might be happening as I develop the theme myself and probably I didn’t set up the template correctly. I would like to know which template page builder is using or what else might be the reason?

    There can be a lot of reason behind this. To start with i think the first issue might be the template itself as you are using a custom made one that can be a big reason for the front end builder to not work correctly. There can be some other reasons. You can make sure that the basic settings are set up correctly. Like make sure that you are using wordpress 5.5.1 or more then php version 7.4 or more. If they are correct. Then check for a plugin conflict. Sometimes plugin conflict can cause issues. You can follow this guideline to check for conflicts in your site https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/troubleshooting/general/ . These might be the possible reasons for now. But i would suggest you to check the front end builder using the default wordpress 2020 theme first . If it works with the default wordpress theme then the issue is with your custom template.
