Custom theme – cookies law info doesn′t show

    Hi,

    I′m creating own custom theme https://zivana.org/ I tried to download and set up plugin Cookie law info. Cookie Bar is currentl is On, but when I load my website, there isn′t cookie bar. Any idea what′s wrong? Thanks a lot.
