Easy Table of contents does not work correctly in latest versions of wordpress. In particular, it does not load the custom theme option in the table and the display icon is not displayed correctly. In this url (https://biberones.online) you can see the icon and that custom colors are not shown, but only without formatting.
    Thanks for your help.

Sorry, but from what I can tell, everything appears correctly. Perhaps link to screenshots annotate with the issues you are seeing.

Thanks for your answer. Now you see it perfectly because I found the problem. The problem occurs when I correct the problem of pagespeed “Eliminate render-blocking resources”. If I leave it unresolved, the plugin works correctly. I preferred to leave that problem unresolved in PageSpeeds to favor the user experience, but it would be nice that now that we know that there is an incompatibility, the problem will be solved in future updates of this great plugin.
    Thank u Steven

RE: the problem is not solved in any way

Perhaps you could give a detailed explanation of the issue with screenshots? As far as I can tell the page looks fine.

    Hi. Thanks for your help.

In the following screenshot ( https://drive.google.com/open?id=1DP103-LVjxdIsR8XBiE29g565ZJKDz4a ) you can see what I mean. This is the icon to display the index.

In addition, it does not allow me the option of using custom colors, because even if you select them, then always show that option with the color blue. I have this plugin on other websites with the same template and configuration as this one and it does work, but here there is no way.

Looking at the page, It seems the custom color is not set. The light blue color is being used. Please double check the settings and ensure the custom option for color is set. If it is, please try clearing your SiteGround caches.

As for the icon, this is likely do to the optimizing plugin you are using. The CSS for the TOC is not being loaded on the page. Best guess is you have the optimizer set to combine CSS and embedded it in the page. Please review your optimizer plugin settings and then clear it cache.

    I hope this helps!

    I′ll try it.

Thanks Steven. Regardless of whether I can solve the problem or not, you have already earned the 5 stars, for your help and patience.

I have changed the TOC to custom and emptied the cache, but the icon still goes wrong and the colors it shows are always those that you see regardless of the color you choose in the background ( https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Wdu8Cnn6u0VtqcQGaHwoloGkgFMVu92b ).

As for the Siteground optimizer that I use, it is set exactly the same as in the rest of the webpages where it looks good to me. In fact I have a standard website with the basic settings that I clone for each new website that I do, so it should look the same on all websites.

    thank u

I am out of suggestions, sorry! Honestly, from what I am seeing on the page and in the page source… my best guess the root of the issue is page cache and/or asset optimizations are causing this issue for you.
