Custom Theme Page as Link And Not Menu in Main Index Page

  • Hello, I am a newbie to WordPress and I created a new page: Calorie.php but I dont want the page to appear as a menu in the Main Index Page rather I want to create an image and link the page to the image. Does anyone know how to do this? I cant find any resources online.
