I’ve tried, but they provide some of the worst support I’ve ever experienced. They just seem to ignore questions if it seems like it’s too much to explain. I’ve been waiting 2 – 3 days for a response on this now and haven’t gotten a response. They answered a more basic question, but not this request.

We do not support commercial themes as you paid for support when you bought the theme. It is not our place to keep theme vendors in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.

Cheers, I understand. But when I’m not receiving the help that I paid for, where else am I to look for advice? I would have thought a community like this would be of some help.

We do not have any access to commercial themes. Also the www.ads-software.com support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on www.ads-software.com. We do not support themes downloaded from elsewhere.
