    I want to know if is a way to create more ticket status, It does not matter if I have to create custom code, if you can guide me which code to modify and where, since I did not find any table with the statuses, Thanks !

    Status are not store in database.

    You can check these files.
    ../wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/modules/ticket/tpls/

    – ticketdetail.php (from line number 1082)
    – admin_ticketdetail.php (from line number 1502)
