Custom title for support team members

You can tell us here if you want. It’s a manual process where a moderator adds the title for the accounts.

for the account: IonRutz_machothemes – Macho Themes Support.

Also, is it possible to change from IonRutz_machothemes to Ion Rutz ? Also, would it be possible to grant him access to change topic status to resolved ?

Only display names can be changed, usernames cannot.

Side note: I’ve changed Macho Themes title back to member. Here is why: you’ve already changed your display name to “Macho Themes”. In your own sub-forum you get the green Theme Author.

There’s no need to beat the title to death and that’s just thick after a while. ??

I have left the other account “IonRutz_machothemes” at Macho Themes Support.
