Custom Trial – How to?

Say I want to offer a membership for the cost of $100 initial payment and then $49 per month, easy enough.

But what if I want to give them a 30 day trial at $0 charge and then after 1 month charge the $100 fee(2nd month) and then $49 every month thereafter (month 3+).

If I add a trial to the above level it still charges the initial $100 fee and only waives the $49 monthly payment.

What if I want to charge $0 for a initial 30 day trial?
