Custom Type Post – meta title & description

    Firstly sorry for being this annoying.

    So I have around 5 Custom Type Post, where i want meta title & description generated automatically depending the title, Custom Taxonomy for that post. Please preview the screenshot below from the yoast plugin

    If we get this working, you will be lifesaver, saving me from using yoast seo.
