Custom Unsubscribe Page Not working

    Hi there,

    MailPoet -> Settings -> Basics? doesn’t render unsubscribe message. it is still showing shortcode [mailpoet_page].
    Let me know if I need to send provide urls of my site.

    what is the other method for setting up unsubscribe option since the function is currently broken and i need to send out edm.

    Hi @gkhatri,

    it is still showing shortcode [mailpoet_page].

    Can you please let us know if you’re checking the page via the editor’s Preview or via the MailPoet’s Settings preview?

    The shortcode [mailpoet-page] is used for both confirmation and success pages of the unsubscribing process so it is expected to not render anything if you’re checking it from the editor’s preview.

    But if you go to the MailPoet > Settings > Basics tab and check the preview for each page there, it should work.

    If it doesn’t work, please let us know if you’re using any custom page builder.
