Custom upload page

Hi,
I’m using your wonderful plugin in my photo community https://www.fotonicamente.it
I’m writing to ask if it is possible to customize in some way the upload page for standard users (not administrator). What I need is a simple page in which standard user have only the option to upload one single photo in their own album or in a public one, add photo name and photo description.
with and automatic redirect to the edit album page.
Is there a way to put hands in code and change this page?
