Custom URL redirection not working

I have added the login and logout links in the menu and want to redirect it to a custom url but that is not working.
When I click on login it is redirecting me to default wordpress login(wplogin.php) instead of the custom url which I have entered (https://restaurant.ashmijhatakia.space/RestaurantAshmi/login-sign-up/)
