custom url structures

Hi,
Have a few questions, I was not able to find answers for by via support forums and web searches.

1. Is there a way to add .html extensions on to the questions/answers url? For example, https://[server_name]/answers/my-posted-question.html. This is one of my requirements.

2. Is there a way to customize a user profile url. For example, currently the url structure is: https://[server_name]/experts-dashboard.html#edit-profile but can the url be changed to
https://[server_name]/%5Buser_name%5D.html?
