Custom User-based checklist

I’ve been searching and searching the forums, plugin-directory, and Google. I have a list stored in a database and I’m looking for a way to have each user have their own list that they can update and check off as they go. It’s a reading list so they don’t need the ability to customize the list, just the ability to check each box as they read it. Does anyone know a plugin that would allow for this kind of customization?
