Custom User Fields Not Saving

Have had pods setup for a while with out issue. Updated the plugin a few times over the past couple weeks to the latest 2.3.15.

Currently when saving another users profile as an admin two things are happening.
1) The data stored in my user profiles pods fields are showing in the other users fields when editing.
2) The correct data that you save seems to be getting stored/set, but does not display when you edit the user profile after saving it.

Any help would be much much appreciated.
